PicturePaste and issues with Copying images from Desktop to Browser

In writing posts I frequently capture screenshots etc. and

place those in the post

Now the issue with this is that I use Word to create the content
(as its mostly text) and then save the result as html and copy the source to
the wordpress editor, hence creating the post.

This is perfect for text but for images it doesn’t work as
word stores images out of the page (even in html format) and picture paste  is
no help as it doesn’t convert image to binary, but hosts it on an server and
when pasting to the browser, it brings it down from there.

What I need is to be able to convert image to byte array and
hence have it embedded in the page itself.

Now I searched for: convert jpg to binary to embed in web page software
windows free

And found: http://www.imagemagick.org/script/index.php,
dwnld. From: http://www.imagemagick.org/download/

Lets see how it performs
